I used to play the trombone.

One of my favourites (and very easy to play) was the Hovis tune.

              Rather nice brunch this morning.

Was making drop scones but realised I had no plain flour, used masa harina instead ( didn't fancy using the wholemeal), it was very nice had a crunchy texture. Will probably be using that in future.

Mr N's back is still fecked, am hoping the Physio can sort him out on Monday.

                He can barely sit up.

I was trying to find his x-yays and MRI scans from the last time in the cellar, but fear they may have been thrown out in the move.

There we are; bills paid, and most importantly munchy cat food bought so I get some fecking peace.

Off to Swansea next for a stroll around the metropolis.
