Just had to rate the team based out of 10 on strategy and communication, I gave a 7 thought it was middle of the road, they then singled me out to explain my concerns feek always diffcult finding the middle ground dont want to p*ss off the spoon that feeds me but also dont want to be seen as a yes boy.

To be fair - i'm not one for milking it either.
As soon as i get bored - i move on.
Don't like leaving projects half way through but it's best. Client doesn't get much out of me when i'm bored so it's best for all that i go
