I think baby bp is on a growth spurt. He is usually awake by 6am. Today he was still asleep at 7am when I left to drive to work.

What time does he go through bed?

Today, since I didn't have to get up at 06:15, naturally enough I woke at 05:23, just in time to listen to the Shipping Forecast.

I was able to doze nicely until about 07:45, at which time I hauled myself out of bed feeling much more rested than on a usual Friday.

8pm. He gets a choice of 8pm and me reading him a story or 9pm and no story. He always chooses a story.

Lion, witch and wardrobe at the moment.

OK, errands run, so now I can get on with… well, there's plenty I could do, I suppose, but I'll have a little rest first

The Super Monkey Car is going for its MOT next Friday, which gives me a bit of time to sort bits out and give it a wash. The prescription has been collected, and enough shopping has been done to see me through next week.

Perhaps my only concern has been since mrs bp pointed out that CS Lewis was a fanatical Christian and the books seem to be quite indoctrinal.

Still, my mother read the books to me when I was 6 and I turned out fine....

                    Mmmm....

In my case I turned in a cynical non-believer who works in IT, so maybe she has a point....

If that was his intent, then he wasn't very good at it as I know loads of people who love the stories but have no religious faith whatsoever
