    Morning (nearly) denizens

I was up at five to seven to unlock the gate for the bins. Felt a bit rough, despite very moderate consumption last night, which I shall attribute to this low-key lurgy. Anyway, back to bed for a few more hours and I feel a good bit better, though still not 100%

Grey but mild out there at the moment

      That sounds about right.

Excellent point! Slightly archaic usage FTW

Except when you're trying to keep2414 up with wayward ZeitMaters wandering aimlessly around Tesco.

It was old men I was moaning about.

Old women see a "bargain" and you best not be in the way.

                    Shopping done, and right speedily

And the car has had a wash - first time in a few weeks that one of the people of the Balkans has been available at the spot where I parked

The fitness app is nagging me:"You haven't logged your lunch!" That would be because I haven't had any lunch yet. A ham toastie will be prepared shortly, and probably accompanied by a jam doughnut or two for dessert

I've noticed that the "weight" chart on my phone shows a distinct up-and-down curve, going down midweek when I'm working, then creeping up again over the long weekend. Still, the overall trend is downwards, so I'm fine with that

My trend isn't downwards but at least it's not terribly upwards at the moment.

I seem to have developed a taste for port.

                      And advocat.

                      Both being sweet.

                      It's quite troubling.
