And those who do not vote don't get the services of a MP
That's undemocratic BP! All voters should be represented. Only by a dummy obviously. They can write to their dummy and get a blank sheet of paper in response or even go along and meet him at the local office.

PS Apologies, I meant him or her or it. Obviously the dummies will be of all genders, colours, ethnicities etc. and we can have huge fat dummies, disabled dummies and so on. Another big advantage to my scheme, it makes it far easier to ensure the House of Commons is more representative of our diverse society.

      Would the dummies be inflatable?
Every parliament they could be filled with hot air, and once the air ran out, they could just be blown up.

Wow, I managed to get "politicians full of hot air" and a Guy Fawkes reference in to one sentence.

Brill. Filled with hot air would really improve the realism! I think the dummies would need to be clearly marked so people do not confuse them with the live MPs.

Sifting through the litany of mistakes copies of your marriage certificates, I don't see Dolly. A couple of mad cows maybe, but no sheep.

Reading SE's thread in General about how watching porn causes men to objectify women made me wonder. Not just porn, it is probably true that looking too much at any sort of online material with a particular bias narrows one's views.

There must be a real concern about many computer and online games. A quick Google shows a whole load of them that are about killing various beings and it is presented as totally justifiable. Zombies, vampires, space aliens, you name it. The more you can kill the higher the score. This is not anything new; many years ago I had a contract near Blackpool and spent most of my evening at an arcade shooting zombies. There wasn't much else to do in Blackpool during the winter, apart from the gay bars.

What if aliens do arrive on Earth or some strange event really does cause the rise of the undead? They may not be the horrible creatures we imagine them to be, they could be very amiable and friendly, but our preconditioning is going to make us see them all as evil beings out to destroy us. We must put an end to these prejudiced games that are driving unjustified hatred against zombies, space aliens, demons, vampires, werewolves and other so-called monsters.

I trust CUKers will join me in lobbying for an end to games depicting them as dangerous beings and start showing how truly wonderful and hard working most of them will be when they finally get here. I will start with a cartoon that shows the positive side of those maligned zombies.

The students in my office were talking about "dirty data". Is that Data Analytics for the Porn Industry?
