    Very Quiet of late...

As we move into the later part of Summer with APN's issued where are we?

    APN's Paid?
    APN's delayed?
    APN's not paid?

    Post 2011 movements?

    JR's state of play?
    FTT any listings for EBT's?

is it all happening over at Big Group?

There are simply not that many news. Whether the Ingenious Investors are going to appeal the JR has not been confirmed.

Re APNs, Some have paid, some have not.
Many have made representations, and HMRC seems to be struggling with the volume - if the response delays are any indication.

There is more activity on Big Group than here, bit it's mid-August so quite a few people are not around.

Maybe everyone's gone to Vegas to spend all their savings on gambling, hookers and blow before going bankrupt.
Sure beats giving it all to HMRC () just because they said so.

Lots of news on the TAA forum.

Why would anyone post it on a public site and tell it straight to HMRC?

Waiting for court decisions - nothing to discuss until then.
