    1000 times this.

The alternative is simply NO VOICE,and HMRC taking us all out one by one, while giving themselves pats in the back in press releases about how great a job they are doing crushing all these filthy ultra-rich tax avoiders.

The only strategy they have is divide & conquer (notice how they are sending a few APNs here, a few APNs there, rather than targetting all members of a particular scheme at once).
The answer and solution to this is extremely simple: do the exact oposite of being divided!

If you don't have an APN or APN warning yet, join now, because you are likely next.
If you have an APN or APN warning - joining immediately is a no brainer.

Also (don't overlook this), if every member could reach out to at least a handful of colleagues or former colleagues who may have been with any scheme, we could get this thing exponential very fast.
    So in doubt...just do it!

The time for action is now.

      I'm Joining

Just filled in the forms and paid up.
I'm also in the "lucky" position of being already supported by a pretty strong provider group.
Based on webberg's obvious expertise and passion, plus the low costs of membership, Big Group is a no-brainer.
Anyone still not sure about joining .... just do it.

Hopefully, some of my friends in the same boat will soon also be joining, I've given them some details.

              call me a skeptic but

I don't mean to insult anyone here but how do we know BIG GROUP isn't just another bunch of sharks taking us for a ride?

I feel like I've already been scammed by my accountant (ICS) when I was quite happily operating through a LTD company when they said they could save me a lot of money and hassle if I went onto their "salary scheme" back in 2009.

Instead of throwing good money after bad why not just bite the bullet and pay the taxman and sue the providers for miss selling us these schemes.

If the providers really cared wouldn't they all get together and back BIG GROUP, sponsor it even? Seeing as they also took quite a hefty fee from everyone they should be stepping up too.

BIG GROUP is in contact with certain providers and synergies will be created where appropriate.
Membership in BIG GROUP is voluntary. No one forces you to join if you don't want to. If you want to "bite the bullet", feel free - good luck with "suing the providers" though. Let us know how that works for you.

                  .
Definitely not a bunch of sharks. It's a shame Graham (webberg) didn't manage to record the first conference call we had. I think that listening to it would have given you plenty of evidence of the strategy and purpose of big group, and if you look over the contributions from Webberg to this forum you will get the a sense of why we all feel BigGroup is going in the right direction.

                      to negotiate .. or not

Hi Webberg, I have a quick question. I understand one of the goals of BG is to negotiate a better settlement with HMRC, but for those of us who don't think we did anything wrong won't going down the avenue of pushing for improved settlement limit/remove our power to argue that they are wrong to demand money from us ?? Won't HMRC see it as a weakness ?
