Don't these EU meddlers ever give up?

A week after hearing European leaders solemnly declaring they need to learn from their mistakes and leave more decisions to EU countries, and stop their obsessive micromanaging, in the wake of the disastrous (for them) election results, and what do we see?

2014-06-03 European Commission urges UK to tax expensive homes more

Obviously, as Talleyrand said of the Bourbons, "they have learned nothing and forgotten nothing".

    Vote UKIP!
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

This isn't the European Commission making a decision. It's offering advice, as the IMF and numerous think tanks do.

It's just another report by another think tank on something or other. There's hundreds of these. Nothing to see here.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

hmmm... and in a totally unrelated story - two buses collide. BBC News - Stanley school bus crash: 20 children taken to hospital
McCoy: "Medical men are trained in logic."
Spock: "Trained? Judging from you, I would have guessed it was trial and error."

I had a good chuckle when I saw this and imagined the outraged eurosceptics foaming at the mouth.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Whatever advice they are "offering" you can be absolutely sure it is not for the benefit of the UK
