Is the coffee shop in that picture called 'Cafe Zero' and yet uses exactly the same colours and font as a certain large chain of coffee shops with a asimilar sounding name?

Could they put a bed in it so that cancer sufferers can die on it cos the council spent the money on this instead of lifesaving drugs.
