Oh Why Oh Why - Did I leave my Solaris hame ?

O what a smashing world this Earth would be
Would pain and care and sickness spare it;
And Fortune favour honesty and and merit
As they deserve
And aye plenty of roast-beef and claret,

Think - then who need go hungry ?

Then that fallen Angel , Auld Satan,
Watches like a snake by yir Bucket
Our sinful souls tae grip on
With felon fire
Next whip! his tail ye'll ne'er grab
He's awa' like fire.

Ah Nick! ah Nick! it is na fair,
First showing us the tempting ware,
Bright wines, and bonnie lasses rare,
To put us daft
Next weave, unseen, thy spider snare
O hell's damned waft.

So of this World called Earth - Ive had enough
You'll excuse me of my leave then
Cos its time tae take the Bus
Back tae ma hame on Solaris
