Jacob Rees-Mogg lashes EU for acting 'superior' in Brexit talks

The Brexit supporter said the EU should be treating the UK as an equal as Britain negations its exit from the Brussels bloc.
Speaking after the Prime Minister's address in the House of Commons, where she said a “creative solution” for a new economic relationship was needed, Mr Rees-Mogg took aim at the EU.
The Tory MP for North East Somerset claimed the “guidelines” set up by the EU were of their “own invention”.
He told Sky News: “These are not strict guidelines, these are guidelines they have invented for themselves.

Jacob, Jacob, Jacob. Look at you reduced to a supplicant grovelling before the altar of EU bureaucracy. You've let yourself down, you've let Nanny down, you've let the whole school down.

The UK should be setting the rules and guidelines, and making the EU comply if they want access to the UK market. Remember, they have more to lose than the UK does.

The British Empire is far bigger than the EU.

Why some people are unable to grasp the will of a majority is beyond me. The EU has spoken. They're the top dog. The big cheese. Brexit in a nutshell..

The farce continues. The chaos at the top is spectacular and yet there are still the blinkered, brainwashed, bird-brained, frankly thick as mince Brextulipters who claim that this is somehow the EU's fault, spectacularly ignoring the fact that our government is still fighting among themselves like ferrets in a sack and doesn't have a coherent view on what they want.
In these circumstances, the default option becomes a hard Brexit.
And make no mistake you stupid, stupid Brexiter kunts, hard Brexit does not herald some gleaming bright future for Britain, not now, not in the medium term and not in the long term. It means the sure and permanent diminution of Britain, politically, economically and culturally- for good.
          Hard Brexit now!

Well the EU is far superior in this case so that gives them the right to act like that

Did anyone notice how glum the Brexiteers looked on the front bench as May served up "Brexit tripe and onions" during her speech.
