It is clear, the EU are only interested in the money that we borrow to give to them. They may as well just openly state that. Of course the EU27 are panicing - either someone picks up the hole we leave, or it means less money to go round.
As for currency devaluation of 20%:
Right now, £1 buys $1.3582
On Feb 29th 2016, £1 bought $1.3862.
Right now, £1 buys €1.1371
