For example say a flight from New York sets off but realises they have an emergency before they land in Berlin in so stops on the Irish landmass. Can they stop in Belfast or does it have to be Dublin?*

*Please note I don't have a globe in front of me so can't work out the exact path.
And if it crashes where do they bury the survivors?

They use dental records, tattoos and foot prints to work out who survived, then repatriate the remains to the persons place of address.

Survivors can probably tell you who they are.

It's the dead ones that tend to be silent.

          They don't.

EU law says you don't bury survivors.

A cessna today crash landed at a Cemetary in Dublin. Police have so far recovered 474 bodies.

British passengers flying to and from continental Europe for their summer holidays face the prospect of “devastating” delays because of tougher Schengen area border controls.

Sadly, the UK will just play fair and not introduce just as strict border controls for those from the schrengen area.

Though Southern Europe, which relies heavily on UK tourists, will see a huge drop in visitors next year. They will all go to Filey instead...
You should go to the North Pole and refresh your ideas about persecution mania.

The tourism in the South increase a lot this year and we have more security checks, further more, the UK does not belong to the Schengen space, so stop moaning a get a life...

Haven't you got any UK tourists to call "post boxes"?

Wrong. The majority of north western Europe's flight to North America go over the UK out over NW Scotland via a rigid set of air corridors. These take advantage of great circle navigation and for eastbound flights the Jet stream. If the north most corridor has to skirt the channel the south most will be down at the Pyrenees. This is a major, time consuming, and costly diversion. (Gibbon in I used to work at NATs mode.)

But we are leaving the EU, meaning we no longer have to abide by their stupid laws - bury the suckers, that would teach them not to venture into UK airspace.

                      Woosh...
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.
