    Just curious.

More relevant of course is compliance with the Companies Act in terms of regulatory information on a website. It's unclear to me whether 'The Idea Network' is a Ltd company and what the company name is.

I would think that it's more likely to be ECDL rather than BTEC, given the age.

Apologies to the OP. My mother-in-law got a merit in her ECDL. She still ends her emails with. Must stop run out of paper on screen.

That would involve someone on here HAVING an original idea

Not much chance of that with Brexit.

I need an idea for a plan B.

I was chatting with a woman in my local pub the other night and she was telling me that she was setting up what she referred to as a concierge service.

The idea is that you're a busy professional and, for example, your boiler has packed up so you pick up the phone and call your local concierge who deals with all the pain, including being on the property to let the boilerman in - i.e. the bit that could potentially lose you half a day's earnings.

Sounds like a good idea - don't know if such services are widespread - I've only ever heard of rich rockstars and the like having such people to organise their lives but I can see a cut down version having mileage.

                  Ironically

...this is a really bad idea for a website.

                    On CUK? Pah!

This place is like a Dragon's Den for bottom feeders.

For example, the last "big idea" sas had involved a cup and ball!!

Thats called a wife - always a good idea to let someone else come and service the old boiler though.
