Not entirely. Is it illegal to post my election vote on Facebook and Twitter?

Thanks for enquiring about my mental health, aside from the occasional slide into manic depression, mostly caused by reading threads much like this one, I'm doing pretty well. Self-medication, particularly gin, can be extremely helpful in these trying times.
You're new here, so here's a tip. I'll read up on the history of socialism (should be fun - not!) if you promise to look up "irony". Don't take anything you read on here too seriously. For instance I don't believe for a moment that Corbyn would attempt to abolish the Monarchy while the Queen is alive; afterwards, who knows?

Do you honestly think his lilywhite ass has ever had a good battering from riding on a Fordson Major ?

Haven't done it yet, but I've decided I'm going to vote Labour for the first time in my life. Probably the party with the least bad chance of beating the Tory incumbent. I had a Tory knock at the door, and a leaflet from Labour and an independent, but no-one else. I would have hoped that the LibDems might have at least had a chance of coming second, but they don't seem to be even trying.
The Lib Dems want you to vote Labour a in your area which is why they aren't trying.

These points are valid but that doesn't mean Jeremy's policies are communist/far-left and it doesn't automatically mean they are unworkable.

I don't think they are workable but if we as a nation wanted it enough, I think they could be.

                (Cheers for the translation Beansey.)
Our tractor driving chum clearly had no experience of the glory days of pre-privatisation. Anyone else remember waiting 2-3 months to get a phone line installed? Or the last time we flirted with real socialism - power cuts and unions holding the country to ransom?
He must be a youngster. Bless.

The bad news is BT haven't improved that much if you live in the wrong area and that includes parts of London.

The same goes for Labour in my area. The Lib-Dims are practically carpet-bombing the place with their leaflets (it's Saint Vince's old seat and it looks like he's going to win it back) but we haven't had anything from Labour.

The good news is there are other options now. I think I've had a BT line for less than 2 years out of the last 20.
