Turkeys voting for Christmas in their droves. If this voting pattern is a true representation of the country as a whole, you lot had better start learning our new National Anthem - The Red Flag, and prepare to quote from our new Bible - Comrade Corbyn's Little Red Book.

(I hope Queenie has the jet fired up and ready to go.)

You're new to FaceBook aren't you? If the Tories win we'll get weeks of weeping and rending of virtual garments.

          Are you mentally unwell?

Plenty of countries have these current Labour policies, and more, and aren't communist in any way. See the Nordics and Scandinavia for reference. They aren't even communist policies! The UK is already pro-socialism for core services, but seems to be heading down the private sector route, aka USA, for the worse. Once profit is introduced service deteriorates and fluctuates. Go read up history and don't expose your illiteracy in public.

Most reasonable people respect that all politicians have their personal views, but are there to consider the needs of the country and their own party. This is the reason the party leaders actually have so few true policy creation powers, as matters are ratified, and correctly so, by the House of Commons and House of Lords.

It's actually illegal to publish who you voted for on the day of voting ...

As long as you lie it is perfectly legal.

Nothing to fear there, me old son. If the beardy twat turns up tomorrow asking permission to form a government, he'll find himself on the end of some falling masonry

We can't be compared with the Nordic countries. Big countries with vast natural resources and tiny populations and, importantly, populations that don't comprise a huge "cannon fodder" demographic like ours.

Once the teat of the state had been turned on Scandi style, we'd soon be sucked dry.

Anyhow, a lot of what I read tells me that not everything is Hunky-D in Sweden these days.

That would have been funny if you'd meant it.

Before I start, I have to say I love your username, best I've seen in ages on any forum. It could have done with spaces and some capitalisation, but that's me just being a bit picky.

Thanks for enquiring about my mental health, aside from the occasional slide into manic depression, mostly caused by reading threads much like this one, I'm doing pretty well. Self-medication, particularly gin, can be extremely helpful in these trying times.
You're new here, so here's a tip. I'll read up on the history of socialism (should be fun - not!) if you promise to look up "irony". Don't take anything you read on here too seriously. For instance I don't believe for a moment that Corbyn would attempt to abolish the Monarchy while the Queen is alive; afterwards, who knows?
I take issue with your view that profit causes a deterioration in quality of service. What planet are you living on? I would say the opposite is true. You won't get a great service out of anyone unless there's some degree of profit in it for them. It's why socialism has always ultimately failed. There's a lack of motivation and aspiration.
And that's why you're destined to spend the rest of your contracting days in a tractor.
