Must admit I'm a little unsure about chiro. Something in the back of my mind tells me its snake oil. Took my daugher to one for severe colic when she was born - few £ gone for sod all that was.

Hey ho - its not expensive though for me. £17 for two treatments - good old groupon.

Seems to have been a scare about chiros killing a few people in the past doing the old neck thing. Bit worrying. But if you look at the facts we're looking at 1.5 problems per million so not much of an issue here. Sounds a bit like the MMR injection scare to me. Experts are divided on it to be honest. I think at worse it will do bugger all.

Will probably tell them to lay off the back cracking thing mind. Dont fancy that.
See if you start off by telling him all the things you won't let him do because you don't fancy it much, then come back on here saying 'it didn't work', you'll look like a bit of a tit.

However, in your favour.....the difference in your tit coefficient will be hard to spot.

I find some of them awesome but one was useless. He, literally, did not spot that my shoulder was dislocated which lead to months of severe pain and still bothers me now. Luckily I went to another one for a second opinion who sorted it out so I could train again.

Why on earth would you bring a newborn to a chiropractor in the first place, yet alone to cure colic?

Also instead of looking for the cheapest option with grupon, you might want to check for someone reputable instead. Especially in a field full of frauds.

          Edit: forgot it's PC...

But as someone else nearly commented, psychocandy should definitely ask for a vigorous Greek massage.

              Hmmm...thanks for the reminder.

Got a frozen shoulder myself. Which I must take out of the freezer on Friday so it's nicely defrosted to go in the overn on Sunday lunchtime.

I do love a good shoulder of pork

Mrs qh had this on two occasions. First was 10wks of physio/heat treatment which worked.

Then a few years later the issue came back, (or may have been the other shoulder, I can't remember) however was she 6 months pregnant with first born at the time so we jumped the queue and she opted for acupuncture (which is widely done in Europe, esp in Germany for pain relief for pregnant women).

After 10 x 1hr sessons of pins being stuck in her down one side the pain went away and so far not returned, however she does know when a storm is due as it tends to ache a bit.

He had a negative bluety on a quackhandle and was quadraspazzed on a lifeglug.

I look forward to your all knowing and likely sarcastic and unhelpful reply.

We took Micro MUN to a chiropractor that specialised in babies. He used to scream the place down whenever we put him down and after a while it seemed more than normal with a baby. It turned out that he had a problem with his spine she was able to correct. It really helped him so I was happy to pay the money.
