            Never and unlikely.

Currently, monovision LASIK is the most popular vision correction surgery for presbyopia treatment. In this type of presbyopia surgery, one eye is fully corrected for clear distance vision and the other eye is intentionally made mildly nearsighted to reduce the need for reading glasses.

This gives you monovision, one eye with distance vision prescription and the other with near vision prescription - a common enough approach with contact lenses wearers who already wear lenses to correct a different sight problem. But as presbyopia is a progressive condition, there would be little point having it in the earlier stages as you'd need it again on deterioration.

Depends what you look like AtW. And if you're someone who dresses smartly and is into fashion or not.
