The chauffeur has informed me the MOT has expired on Roller, am I still allowed to drive it to a pre booked appointment at an MOT center while expired?

Yes. You are allowed to drive on an expired MOT if you are booked in and on your way to the test center.

Just get rid of it and buy a new one.

Yes, but only if it's insured.
I was an IPSE Consultative Council Member, until the BoD abolished it. I am not an IPSE Member, since they have no longer have any relevance to me, as an IT Contractor. Read my lips...I recommend QDOS for ALL your Insurance requirements (Contact me for a referral code).

I always wonder if the insurance would payout since you are driving a car without an MOT?
