    Germany:

    Er can't find any.

So considering Germany are part of NATO and NATO sanctioned most of those it would appear some countries are not pulling their weight

the problem with an EU army would be either

      1) It would never do anything because all member states would need a say in what it was going to do
      2) It becomes another German army

      there could be no in-between!
Lets see Putin walks into the Ukraine and the EU need to change their trousers. Next time they will need their troops to change their trousers as well.

Why do Nato members need their OWN army?

        Utterly bonkers.

NATO is a defunct. Its purpose obsolete. And what is ironic is you advertise NATO in the first place where its purpose was to.... wait for it...

"formed in 1949 for the defence of Europe"

A EU army is a natural step towards this progress. EU countries are a lot smaller today as the rest of the world grows crazy. An EU army would carry much more weight and possible save money in the long run.

Like most remainers you are sleep walking into the next soviet state.

Suppose the Greek people refused all the conditions set down by Brussels. And suppose the Greek government rebelled against Brussels. And suppose there was an EU army controlled by Brussels. Do you seriously think that Brussels wouldn't send in their army to sort out a rebellion in one of their enclaves? Or would they call ghost busters?

If you don't realise the ultimate outcome of all this is a single eu republic with no nationality other than eu then you're asleep.if the Scots people want that then go for it. May the Force be with you.

Would that be a bit like the British army sending troops to northern Ireland?

No, it would be absolutely nothing like that. If you can't work that out for yourself perhaps you should logout and let a responsible adult take over your CUK account?
