20% of UK tax paid gets spent on 'Health' (do your own sums), this is is slightly behind the 25% spent on 'Welfare' (not pensions).
140 billion is the total health budget for 2016.
Split among a population of 65 million works out to about £180 per month for everyone in the UK.

That doesn't correspond to the cost of insurance which is an entirely different thing.
    Hard Brexit now!

Given that only about 30 million people work, there are about 35 million people getting their share paid by someone else.

How will the figures change if we boot out 3 million migrants?

EU Migrants who came mainly in the last decade (assuming they pay net tax), whose age profile is younger in general than that of the general population, are supporting the old, who are disproportionately large users of the NHS as they live longer.
Of course the migrants themselves will get old at some point,
But as people in the know say, the real problem with the NHS is that it is being used as a social support network as social services have been cut.

Silly comment. Old people have paid their taxes and children will pay their share.
We all go through these stages.
Of course in a fair society the able-bodied unemployed should be put to work cleaning litter or similar in order to get the benefits that other people are paying for but the left, which claims to believe in the inherent dignity of labour, thinks that infringes their "ooman rights, innit".

Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Good job that the UK are not thinking of leaving, oh wait...

Knowledge is highest in countries that have adopted the Euro: France, Germany, Italy and Spain; and lower in the non-Eurozone countries: Great Britain and Poland.

                ...

This low level of knowledge about the EU suggests that politicians and journalists have significant room for influencing public opinion in the upcoming Brexit referendum.

We will be screwed over for nurses and doctors especially the ones Romania has kindly trained for us at their cost.

(I give thanks to the Philippines as well and other former British colonies who still think Britain is great.)

That wouldn't be the same Romania that trains UK students because the numbers allowed to train in the UK are strictly capped is it? Or that the Salary for a Junior Doctor is more than 10x what an experienced brain surgeon gets in Romania (according to the program we both presumably watched)?
I would agree it's an issue but like to get to the heart of things, like for instance why were the numbers capped and who by?
Just for the record remember our Government spending is monitored very carefully by the EU hence PFI and other accounting 'tricks' to keep public money off the books.

I'm surprised you don't know that the UK government who decides the number of doctors plus other health workers e.g. nurses, physios, dentists, paramedics, NHS lab workers, to fund and train.

Since other EU countries spend more on their healthcare as a percentage of GDP, there is clearly an issue with how NHS England is funded and pays its health workers.
