Does it limit the kind of stuff that can be grown/put in the garden?

I've got a very good solution for this now very unlikely eventuality.

If the market totally bombs, that even desireable (semi/detached) houses in nice places drop in price by half (like never happened in my local place even in 2009), then I'll buy a few more houses and thus reduce average purchase price of my property Empire.

        Simples.

You can also do this online for all providers - easy to change provider if it's only one who has a black spot.

Ask if there has been any dispute with the neighbours, what ages are the local kids?
                Growing old is mandatory
                Growing up is optional

Ask the owner "how is your plumbing?"

I prefer the one that is £695K - very open and modern look - like the light levels those big windows/doors provide

                      Ages since I viewed/bought, but:

visit at 2 different times of day so you know where the sun goes.

                      try flushing the toilets

                      That's all I can remember.
