You think Russias intentions are peaceful, it's not that long since they last invaded Poland in 1939...

And the last time someone tried territorial expansion in Europe, and politicians waved peace aggreaments around promising peace in our time, it didn't go too well
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

And the big question is - Why is everyone taking Suity's thread so seriously?!

They are a lot more peaceful than America's - just look at the Middle East...

But yes Russia is showing some form aggression toward the West by way of killing off the petro-dollar. They are undermining and systematically dismantling America's 'full spectrum dominance'.

It's a different kind of warfare along with the information/propaganda warfare which they are winning as well hence such desperate counter measures from the likes of the BBC and the Economist.

The question is how far are America prepared to go?

Suity, you seem to be keeping up with all this. Please be sure to give us at least 12 hours warning before the balloon goes up, as I need to drive to Devon and bunker down before the motorways are closed or melt.

                Bit uncalled for.

This is from the German Mirror :

Ukraine: Verhandler sehen "Bruch" der Waffenruhe - SPIEGEL ONLINE

All agreed in the agreement of Minsk measures must be "strictly" implemented, called for the four leaders in a phone call on Thursday, as the Elysée Palace in Paris announced. They held to the agreements, said government spokesman Steffen Seibert with in Berlin.
Whereas the BBC has that Poroshenko's peace keepers idea has been fully rebuffed by Russia.

BBC News - Russia accuses Ukraine of aiming to destroy Minsk accords

The Ukrainian president's call "raises suspicions that he wants to destroy the Minsk accords", Mr Churkin said.

It may be uncalled for but people deal with aggression in two ways. Either they stand up to it or they sympathise with the aggressor and say its all "our fault". The Vichy government are one example of this with the French resistance representing the other end of the spectrum.

This idiot seems to want to argue on behalf of the enemy using the twisted logic so typical of his ilk.

I have this argument a lot. The Western media has a lot to answer for. And you are too easily brainwashed.

Premise 1 : America destabilised the Ukrainian government to put their own puppet administration in. As they have previously in other countries.
Premise 2 : America started the war in Ukraine.
Premise 3 : Russia is finishing the war in Ukraine, playing the west like a fiddle and gaining some strategic geographical and financial advantages into the bargain.
Premise 4 : We are embarrasing ourselves in Ukraine and need to get the fook out.

These 4 central planks underpin the views of many enlightened individuals I have the good fortune of knowing. This includes JogOn.

If you wish I can PM you some links to support these 4 premises.
