You may very well be right, obviously I have no visibility and was being slightly mischevious. Nevertheless, somewhere in your client is a manager thinking exactly the same thing as me....
If there is a scope change and if they are relying on you to bring the new resources on stream, then ask for a raise, through the agency. If they're any good, they'll recover it anyway. But ask yourself, why should you, the expert, be charging the same as them, the know-nothing newbies...?
