excellent payers. top marks.

forms and procedures are par for the course and efficient enough.

general communication skills are not good.

Agreed, Used them back in 96-98 , good agency, spoke to them as recently as 05/06 and they were still upfront, responsive and kept me in the loop - even tho I was fishing from OZ.
