They are hoping that you might indicate when you are looking for work?
They are hoping that you might mention that you are looking for people to work with you?
Could be any number of reasons. -

Unless they're using one of the many third-party apps/sites that will consume your public Twitter feed as an anonymous user and that app will notify them every time you tweet.Originally posted by cojak View PostComment
