Sorry about this, unfortunately we have had to suspend the service (temporarily) because we are absolutely swamped with public sector. We have recruited a few extras (and hunting for more, although I'm sure you can imagine the difficulty for such a niche topic!) and the team are working lots of overtime just to get through it all within the standard turnarounds, so please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to resume as normal.
At this time, we just simply cannot guarantee the turnarounds. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you. The option will return as soon as we can deliver it.
Maybe I'm missing something but aren't all roles in the public sector now within IR35 so surely it makes your role simpler?

Can your accountant review the contract for you, or any of the forum experts on here, in the interests of time ?

To be fair to them the determinations are coming through quicker than the 5 days in most cases but they are setting expectations.

I can't think of many businesses that have been able to scale at such an unprecedented level as they have.

If you are hiring we need to have a chat about recruitment Seb [emoji12]
        Cheers Andy.

        5% for perm placements, right?

No - nothing has changed in respect of the determining factors and many agencies and PS bodies are trying to do things properly.

Relatively few have issued blanket inside determinations (and some who did have reversed their stance).

I'm sure that's a compliment because I'm reassuringly expensive and not relating value I'd lose your business with crap advice

Yeah, I reckon you are just what he needs. Someone adept at quickly replying. "Haven't you read the FAQ","used google search" and "are you sure you're cut out to be a contractor?" will soon sort his demand issue.

I'd get through more reviews doing that than asking them for two references
