3rd party offering to hire and sponsor foreign workers I need?

So I got a mail shot email today from
    Procorre
They are offering to sponsor and sort out the visa entry requirements for workers from a long list of countries, and then employ them on a similar basis to an umbrella and then let me use them.
Seems to be a wheeze to get more cheap workers into the country.
    Is this even legal?

    It's Procorre.

Dodgier than money that Mickey Thomas has made.

Maybe your email can find it's way to the press, the Daily Wail would love it!

The border control agency would be interested too - means they could just meet people off the plane rather than standing in the cold at the end of the Chunnel.

Umbrella companies acting as Tier 2 sponsors?

And this is part of what they will fail being just an intermediary..

Sadly you can see why there is a market for it. Despite a number of posters saying you can't in this thread they are falling over themselves to ask for a list of umbrellas....

That said does it actually say they will be the sponsors? One of their pages on this appears to be cleverly worded looking like they will handle your application on your behalf but doesn't seem to mention actually sponsoring the worker?

I think the devil might be in the details here.

yep it kinda defeats the point of immigration controls if plonkers like this can just sponsor anyone in

just another step up from the Indian outsourcers
