    Quick NDA question

    Hi,

When the client presents me with a NDA, should it be my name or the name of my Ltd. company which listed as one of the parties of the NDA?

    Thanks,

Bearing in mind you contract with the client is with your limited you would think it would be your company. Otherwise you would have to sign a new one everytime someone new went on site.

Plus any effective NDA would include a clause obligating you to ensure that YOUR employees comply with it in its entirety.
