      In addition to getting them all checked, I would be running a careful eye over these ones for any funny business. The reason being they're surplus to what I'd normally expect. Note there are two schedules (why?). Look out for any personal guarantees that may put you and your estate on the hook for anything your LTD and insurance should already cover.
