Not really laughable at all, but there it is a big joke to you?

Indirectly it is rather funny that 52% of the population are so thick that would vote for something so life changing without reading the small print.

I had the same problem. So I fixed the title and read it. I regret that now.

Just going to be a bit pedantic here but it was only 52% (actually 51.9%) of the electorate out of 46,501,241 people who could have voted. Those who voted to leave, some 17,410,742 people of that figure decided it was in the countries best interests (read: didn't have an idea what they were voting for) whereas 16,141,241 voted Remain just to show how close it was. I'll agree with you on the thick bit though
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

BTW, as the UK hasn't actually Brexited yet, the EU have taken it up: Why is Brussels fighting Trump's America on Britain's behalf in Bombardier trade dispute – even though it's leaving the EU? | The Independent

It's laughable how it was all predictable and predicted - now it's beginning to happen
