Default "Time to look further afield as UK economy hits the brakes"

No mention of course of anything particular going on in the background, as Chief Global Strategist for Charles Stanley and part-time Tory MP John Redwood offers his financial advice to the moneyed classes.

And it's Brexiteer's who throw around the term 'traitor' pretty loosely. He should be sacked immediately for this and I have no idea how holding this kind of job whilst an active member of government is not considered a conflict of interest? Most people can't have a supplier pay for a coffee without registering it for fear of AB&C, how does he get away with it?

He is an MP not a minister. He represents the ruling class so there is no conflict of interest.

An MP with the ability to influence national policy and a key vote in a weakened government. It's absolutely a conflict of interest, minister or not.

You seem to be under the impression that it is the job of a Tory MP to represent the interests of their constituents and of the country as a whole.
