Just got 12 emails to say my submission has been submitted and if it was a test, now send the non test one.
In all cases I got an error message saying server busy.
Sent in the non test and it went fine.
Downloaded the RTI version of basic tools
Installed OK
Will not start due to an error 13 cannot write log file
Phoned the help line and it said due to the high load of calls I'm being disconnected or is because they are on strike.
