They do have loads of experience. Look at the Directors. Then do a search on them and see the Dissolved Companies.

But please don't post them here, or I'll have to take them down.

Let the lurkers do a bit of legwork...

But don't worry about advertising their offices... Buy a 60 Lombard Street Virtual Office, EC3V 9EA|EOG

Gosh, why companies would want to do stealth advertising on here, I have no idea! (Unless their marketing guy is an IT illiterate 'creative', that is...)

Thats why its so important to do some due dilligence on these schemes before signing up.. It only takes a couple of minutes but could save you big £££.

Mod note: I've deleted your other post as I'm not convinced that you're real (too much potential advertising in that post).

If you're not, apologies - this post is enough to get you started..
Duly noted - to be fair I was cutting and pasting large chunks of the spiel they sent to me and I wanted others to make an assessment. I think my first post did more than enough to convince me to think twice

I think I've learnt my lesson on this one. I've got to say, though, that to someone relatively inexperienced (like myself) it looks pretty good on paper.

                      HMRC Enquiries

Firstly, I apologies for raising this subject again.

Has anyone managed to resolve their HMRC enquiries, and what was the end result. Did you have to pay tax or are enquires still ongoing?

I received an enquiry today, and with the benefit of hindsight I would not have followed the advice of other contractors who extolled the virtues of EBT when I started out.
