HMRC didn't send me a form for 2006-2007. So I contacted them and they told me it was up to me whether I completed one or not! So I didn't!

Ddin't owe them anything anyway!

Thanks everyone. I got a letter from HMRC to say they will notify me when I need to complete a SA, so for now I will sit it out and wait saving myself £125
