You've paid for a service, got the service and the hours they work aren't your business.
You are right its not my business but I am making the point that if they need to work those hours , they are understaffed and as such clients will complian about the level of service

Thats the point I am making .. is it clear enough for you /

Now that I have raised a point as to why a first time poster 'suddenly' decides to give a glowing tribute , you feel obliged to respond ... which sjd office do you work in then ?
Not everything is a conspiracy. You really are a clueless muppet aren't you.

Because it wasn't relevant.

Which <insert rival accountancy firm> office do you work in then?

Yes but your argument is flawed. Clients will complain when the level of service drops, not due to the hours worked. If their email server put a time stamp on of 17.45 your knickers wouldn't be as moist would they.

Maybe I am easily impressed, but the fact remains that I WAS impressed.

A lot of this boils down to the individual you actually get to deal with, of course, and maybe I just got lucky with the young lady who was allocated to do my books; who has been unfailingly professional, knowledgeable and proactive. But that is my experience. I have no relationship with SJD other than that of a satisfied customer, its a shame my first post was met with veiled cynicism, but what the hey ...

Phil.
Thanks for clearing that up.
