For people who are IR35 caught (believe it or not they do exist), only intending contracting for a short time or who simply don't want the hassle/responsibility of running a ltd, they're a decent solution. Obviously some umbrellas are better than others...

I have just joined the board as recommended to me. I am also looking for an Umbrella company, people on here are syaing I heard that this company is good, as anyone had a good experience with one?

I use Parasol, never had any problems with them. I'm going limited soon though
