    Kashflow Expenses Query

I am just starting to use Kashflow cloud accounting and was wondering how other people managed their mileage and travel expenses in there. I have been using a spreadsheet provided by my accountant in which I collate my expenses on a monthly basis and then pay myself at the end of each month. And that same for mileage.
Is there something similar in Kashflow so I can do away with the spreadsheets?

Surely it's not difficult to work out? If it is I'd question if you've picked the right tool. It's a doddle in Freeagent and there are plenty of guides and a forum.

Are you using this instead of an accountant? Big mistake if you are...

Or are you connected to it??

My accountant has just started rolling it out to their clients.. He has given me a couple of options of how to process travel expenses. I think they are learning too, so wanted to get other people's views before I started.

IRIS, who supply the lions share of the accountancy practice software market, own KashFlow and are pushing it aggressively, so expect to see more people guided this way.

Personally, I'll rather be open platform and let client decide.
