    You may find that once the contract is cancelled they revoke any discounts or bundles so you pay top whack per MB downloaded.

      Why did you have to pay for a month anyway? Don't you have a cooling off period if you cancel in the first week or two?

        No cooling period for businesses I guess. I believe canceling within the first week means one doesn't have to pay for all the 12 months of the contract.

        Anyway I ended paying £155 to BT for the lesson to never deal with them again...

          Am guessing you wouldn't be in a much better position with many of the other suppliers so not sure BT is the whole problem.
