If somebody posts question, its pityable thing to notice when people bounce back in their satire uniforms showing that great attitude label and utmost disrespect especially if OP sounds like he is a potential immigrant to UK. Yes, it is indeed possible to get one job or MANY jobs before entering to any country. From the job offer(s), you could apply for a visa( whatever be that in your case wrt UK) and I believe that would only strengthen your case of approval.
And my personal advice is, get that job offer in hand get the visa sorted and then come over. Last but not least, Welcome, and when you read other posts thats appears to be 'humourous' from their "smileys", keep the music louder and just scroll on !!
