1) Its not MY project. I am assigned to it but delays are due to signoffs for kit etc. If it was mine it would have been done ages ago without all the politics.

2) They have decided to "expand" the project ( i.e do more than what they intially had planned for ).

3) One contractor has already left hence replacing him + getting extra man as well.

So definitely not my fault and if it was i'd happily face the music. All I am saying is that I will have to train the noobs initially on the in and outs yet they would be getting more than I am.
